Bug: Impossible Jump in Parkour

Summary of Bug: In Checkpoint 2 on Chillroom, a jump from an iron bar onto a fence is not possible due to the changes of 1.9/1.10 glass panes and iron bars. Me and other very good parkourists have tried multiple times and it is impossible.

Additional information: The updates have also made Balloon extremely hard, and there are bound to be other impossible jumps around the parkour maps. I will add more things on when we find them. Thank you.
