Its good to have refs! Even though its optional, references prove that people know you and want you as staff.

Why should you be Helper? I Will try my hardest to keep the Meepers happy and loyal . i will help every players problems and i will try to play every day to help player.

But how? How will you help? How will you help the staff team? How will you go above and beyond the helper position? Why should we choose you over others?
What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are over spiced food ,getting scream at, and getting pinched

These are not weaknesses that are applicable to a minecraft server. We are looking for things such as impatience, immaturity, something that would cause issues with moderation.
Overall your app is poor and lacking in detail and information. Look in the accepted applications for more info, and some examples.
I have not seen you helping in game at all. This is important and shows me how much you know about the server and how much you care about helping players. You can help without the helper tag!
Also, your forums activity is lacking. You posted the same thing on 4 different people's profiles asking for helper, and thats a nono. We want you to apply. We also want you to prove you know your way around the server, and asking people to refer you to fuzzlr (who doesn't even look at apps) doesn't help us.
Overall I think you need to take a couple months, get in global, forums, on TS, talk a lot and get friendly, and start helping people. Be mature and nice and I'm sure you can get the position if you try hard.
