/baltop Duplicate Names

Bug: /baltop Duplicate Names IGN: _Peero_ Date of Bug: 8/25/16 Summary of Bug: So my name is on baltop 2, but also on baltop 3. They are different bals aswell. I also noticed that had 256k on baltop, but when /bal'd had 100k more. There are also other players who's names are duplicated. Evidence of Bug: Additional information:

This will be resolved with the introduction of the new economy, because it resets all names on baltop.
