What concerns me is that you've been becoming staff for the past two years or so and not staying staff.
Why give you staff if you're probably going to resign in a month?
I'm at a -1. I have nothing against you, but it's extremely annoying when people pull things like this.
Although I have no doubt that you could do the job well, you need to actually commit to things and not say you're going to do something for a set amount of time.
We need to look at staff members who are actually going to stay. Because I can guarantee you won't.
