First off try to stay safe, make sure your spleen is safe and no one can teleport into it, If you feel like someone is out to kill you, stay hydrated, and if you feel like your going to die of dehydration call the cops. If you get a heat stroke shoot an arrow at the sun, thus killing it so you are nice and cold! Don't worry about if the arrow comes back and hits you in the head, just shake it off.
