this is similar to my /t deposit history post but it would work with your /bal.
if anything that affects your balance happens when your offline, the server should notify you of any changes to your bal when your online.
the player would get messages like "3000 meebles was paid in warp fees", "you were payed 1000 meebles by playerX", "your chest shops earned you a total profit of X"
