Giving a town to a new player.

I have been trying to sell my towns land for a while and thought that, while this server is on the decline, Instead of selling my outposts, i could give them to a new player who wants to start a town but doesn't have the money or knowledge of how to.

I am offering up all the land that was originally for sale in this post to be put into a "fund" of sorts (maybe this could be mangled by the owner of /pwarp sf (someone tag him please)). I am hoping other players would be kind enough to donate their advice or meebles to this "Fund" so we can help a new player get and learn how to manage their town.

Anyone up for doing this?

what do you mean? i intend this to be for cit or VIP players who have been on meep for ~ a week and either want a town but can't pay for it, or need something to do.

I can try to get week old members, but I think we should go out to 2016. Not all newer players have an understanding for paying a daily tax. Ill give 200k to it, but after that, meebles play part in it. I have newer players in mind. Including broadcasters, randoms, etc.

If we can get more than 300k in the pot, maybe we can give out multiple towns since I have a lot of land to give away

I don't really care when. I just want to get rid of the land... Maybe we could do giveaways like a raffle?

Where newbies enter the raffle and once approved, we can randomly draw X names to get a new town with some land...

I don't know if a raffle is safe. With Alt's and family and everything, but alrighty, Ill stop the giveaway on Saturday at 29:59 est [11:59pm est] And pull All of sunday, I have half a double chest full of entries to the fly note and 100k giveaway already.
