When you apply for staff, you gotta put yourself out there to help it takes time to get noticed that you are helping.
When i wanted to apply for staff i spent 4 months on helping in shout and in game. plus you gotta keep yourself from being banned even the smallest things can hurt the chance of being accepted.
Being staff is no walk in the park it is alot of work, If you are willing to spend alot of your time on meep helping players instead of playing mini games and working on your town then staff is for you.
But saying all this know that each person will have an opinion of you, you can't make everyone happy.
