I've seen this type of inconsistency in staff since I applied and got accepted

Yeah, it's not first come first serve. It's generally whoever staff want more get interviewed first, or it was.

I've been helping, slightly, with spawns for years before I've even supposedly heard of you
I've done more contributions to this server than you can count.

I am going to argue, because everything you say is true. I had an attitude, but it rarely comes out unless something stupid like this happens.. I was trying to help with the new spawn months before you were even considered. People only judge others on their past actions no their current. That's slightly how the server is. It's kind of biased, but not really. It's totally legit as poo. I'm NOT done with this crap ass server threating everyone like poo. Admins quit because they're treated like poo. Staff quit because they're treated like poo. Players are quitting and leaving because they're treated like poo. You're just contributing to the huge success that is this server.

Kdo is nothing but cool imo. But i do think it's sad he waited four months and still nothing. However kdo is consistently helpful and nice and he deserves it :)
