Would this be legal?

Let's say I open up a Beta Town and connect it to a Beta nation. I have these ideas in mind- which of these are legal and which are not?

Areas of my pwarps that are only accessible if you're a member of the nation
A tax that fluctuates at the same time once every 7 days dependant on upkeep to residents ratio
Making all of my pwarps in general town or nation-exclusive

I'm thinking of doing something with these ideas here.

I don't see why 1) and 3) could be construed as illegal; just make a sign that says only town/nation members are allowed in, and report everyone else on sight for trespassing.

2) is a bit dicier, but I suppose that if you clearly notify residents (via signs and /t board) about the ratio and changes, it probably would be fine. Don't quote me on it though.

You could probably get away with number two so long as you informed your residents of the maximum amount they could be taxed daily and inform them of and give them the way of calculating the taxes by ratio.

If you manually set a warning every 7 days based on your resident count itd be okay
Like day 1 you have your residents, you set a warning that on day 7 tax will be X number
On day 7 you change the tax, take in your count, and state that on day 14 you're changing it to the next one
1 and 3 are fine.
