First, I never thought I would get this much hate, I was just doing it for fun, nobody lost anything (there was a dude with an iron sword, if he wants it back lmao sure) but this is for the bet me and 7acespade had, and to hopefully show anyone who is pissed at me how I justified what I was doing.

I said "/pwarp pot, its in towny wild" towny wild is pvp enabled, everyone knows this, hence /pwarp pot, pvp is enabled.

Luring
- Sending a player a /tpa, or accepting their tpa to you, then killing them is prohibited
- Using a false pretense in order to get a player to a spot in order to kill him
- Using any kind of deception in order to kill a player
Using any kind of deception in order to hurt a player or gain from a player is prohibited
Gaining access to an account using deception is prohibited

This is the rule governing luring (Im not arguing about other rules, this is what I was accused of)
so lets take the first example, sending a player a /tpa, blah blah blah, that didn't happen, there were no /tpas, so we can rule this out.
"using false pretense in order to get a player to a spot in order to kill him" this is probably where most of u are coming from, from my point of view /pwarp pot in towny wild says that pvp is enabled, so pvp will be fought, so in my opinion it was perfectly clear that if you did that I was going to fight and try to kill you. All the other examples are simply specifics or irrelevant. I was not intentionally trying to scam anyone, I just wanted to pvp and the pvp arena pwarps usually have floor hoppers to take all the gear, again my sincere apologies to anyone who is now pissed at me, if anyone lost stuff tell me and Ill give it back or refund it.

if the players had ever played on any other server, wild has no protections. if they were coming from single player, then they would no nothing about plugins that protect you and would think everywhere had pvp.

If you are going to argue the fringe of minecraft, could I not counter with what about the players who don't know what pvp is?
You are arguing only new players who haven't been outside a town yet, and who have solely played on servers where wild is pvp disabled, I think its safe to say that this probably won't happen, this is still also discounting that they have ever played singleplayer, as singleplayer people who have played on protected wild would at least know there is a range of pvp enablance (is that the right word?) in wild.

None of what you are saying here makes any difference. It is commonly known that unless you clearly state that pvp is enabled (And no, saying it's in towny wild doesn't count), it is luring. As for the bet, you made it, stop being an asshat and pay up.

1, I would pay up but I am banned, seeing as I have the time to argue with his (is it a refund request or a report?) because i am banned I have, If i wasn't banned and lady_hestia told me to pay I would. I would add, Nickxgold went to the pwarp (before anyone else) and I attacked him, he was in god mode, and he /vanished and said nothing about it being illegal or bad, if there is a mod watching what you are doing, is it not safe to assume they will say something if its illegal?

Not to mention you never said you would kill them. To be honest it sounds like you just wanted easy loot. I've announced interesting things in wild before and had people tpa to me, and neither of us ever killed each other. I for one never associate a tpa to wild with a pvp match above hoppers.

Dwarf, i feel like you are going at this in the wrong direction, assuming someone would know it was in the wild is where you were at fault. You now need to understand that and learn from it.

May I put my input in since I have had multiple infractions with this issue when I played Meep. Now don't get me wrong, the rules may be different, but when I was around if you did not specifically advertise that pvp is enabled in a clear cut way (More or less to the point where you were going to try and kill them when they arrived) it is luring due to the fact of a player not being able to comprehend the situation until /pwarp and than whatever happened being put into effect.

Again just my input, could be wrong but I highly doubt it due from former posts.

I'm not backing up Dwarf but at this I have to disagree. I will never, and I repeat NEVER, tpa to someone if they are in wild and are not a close friend of mine. I trust absolutely no one, and while I do not associate wild with a pvp match, I do associate wild with regular pvp and luring.

Del, piro, and I used to go on wild adventures but every time our crew ended up getting too big and people started dying really messy. Then cooleys got on ts and started playing with us and del saw in logs that cooleys had spawned in 2000 tnt and like ten minutes later we all blew up. I'm probably not telling the story exactly accurately but that is what I remember.
