Introduction: Hey! I’m marshy, but you should call me Will. I’m a 13 Trap and Bass loving Torontonian heading into High School. As many of those who are close to me know, I am very nationalistic. I was born in Toronto, but I lived in SoCal for about 5 years, during the economic depression. About 3 years ago I moved to my current location, and am happily fitting in. I live with my Mom, Dad, Brother, and Sister. I’m a car enthusiast, and I especially love Range Rovers. I’ve had a large interest in Architecture and Urban+City Planning for the last few years, and much of my work on Meep reflects that. I’m not really sure what my future holds, but I’m guessing my field of work will probably be in Urban Planning, Business, or Politics.I have quite a few hobbies and interests.
To start, Tuba. I love playing brass instruments, and I love bass, so naturally, I took up Tuba two years ago. Combined with my size, it was a perfect match. I enjoy playing it, and play it well. Not many people play Tuba, and with that being factored in I was in my school’s Grade 8 Band.
Another, is sketching. I don’t sketch out what you’d regularly sketch tough. I enjoy sketching aerial views of cities. I also enjoy sketching out buildings and homes, but I’m not that good at it.
Something else I spend large amounts of time on is gaming. This includes Minecraft and Xbox. I mostly play games like Forza, Halo, Fallout, and Destiny. You can add me at RetrousseEarth7 if you want to play or chat with me.
Scouting- I am a Scout, and as a Scout have learned many things, such as how to perform cpr, canoe, set up a tent, start a fire, and much more. Because I’m a scout there’d be certain weekends I couldn't be on Meep due to campouts. I enjoy scouting and being outdoors, even though I’m not the active type.
Debate, I love to debate. I'm not the best, but I can put together an argument that will seem reasonable and be true and effective. I've been in debate club for two years, but probably won't continue into high school.
If I were to choose 3 traits to describe me, I’d choose Loyal, Helpful, and Intelligent
Why should you be Helper? I believe I should be helper because I am a great addition to any team. I can handle situations that some people can’t and stay calm and un-biased. In an intense situation I can calm down the two opposing parties without causing more trouble. I feel that I could provide a lot of help for people wondering about towny, as I’ve been a mayor and am currently co-mayor in two towns. With this large information about town I feel I could help someone new to towny a lot. I also want to be helper because I want to give back to meep. I've noticed that it takes a long time for modreq's to be taken because there are too many modreq's and not enough staff on. Even in the popular Eastern time zone this happens. I want to be able to help take on those modreq's and help meepers. Meep was something I played often after I lost my now second favourite server forever. Moving to Meep helped me stay on Minecraft, and helped me improve my architectural skills. I want to give back to the thing that shaped me into who I am.
What are your weaknesses? I feel I have several weakness.
Immaturity - I'm a 13 year old, and even as I'm maturely advanced , I am a bit immature. It doesn't usually show when I chat, but if I am typing fast and in a heated argument,it may show.
Activeness- I'm going into high school and don't really know what to expect for the amount of time after school it'll take, so I don't know how much time I could get in when I go back to school, but that isn't for a month, let's not get stuck thinking about the end of summer.
Memory- I have a not so good memory. I don't forget big things, but, for an example, I forgot adding this to the application at least 3 times. It's something I'm struggling to overcome, but my memory isn't as bad as it used to be and there's always room for improvement.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am not currently staff on any server, but do run my own personal server. I would not be able to be on as much during Thursday's.
You may say I'm not seen helping in global much, because there isn't often someone asking in global, but I do reply in global, and often msg the person if they need more help or if they're confused.
I can type fast. I thought that might be useful to know.
