you have no idea how happy i am to see this here. my god, where do i start.

del, since day one on my staff journey you've been there constantly to help me with anything. you still did even when you resigned, and you've been pushing me to improve even in times where i've felt hopeless. you are an inspiration to me, and no doubt to others. you're a huge mentor to me, because of you constant upbeat attitude, professionalism, and understanding personality (as well as many more fantastic traits). i have so much respect for you, and i gain more and more with every word you speak. there's so much more i can say; this isn't even the half of it. i would love to have you back on the team. you deserve it.

Honestly it would be extremely ineffective to put you back into this position. You're extremely smart, active, dedicated, involved, and an outstanding person overall. Extremely overqualified and a great role model. As it has been said, you're a legend, and you deserve to be at least a mod again.
