Introduction: Hello Meepers, my name is REDACTED (or you can just call me PseudoGod). I'm a 15 yr old male who enjoys to play some Minecraft regularly- in particular, the Meepcraft Server. I am going to be a Sophomore in the upcoming August. In particular, I'm a huge Mathmatics nerd, who tries to find optimization in otherwise unorganized messes.

While I joined November 2012 I do feel as though I really started March 2013 as I started to familiarize myself to the community. When the reset happened, I won VIP in a contest and owned my own town about a month later. That's when I have fully engraved myself into the meepcraft community. Today, I am still greatly involved in our community.

Why should you be Helper? Dedication- I am very much dedicated to the Meepcraft Server. Meepcraft is one of the first servers I've ever joined, and now it's one of only 2 servers I play on consistently, with Meepcraft being played far more often than the other unnamed server. Also, the community here is unique from most other servers. It has a deep history of conversations and the ability to create a lasting relationship which transcends just Meepcraft. I have experienced a lot of this in my time as a Meepcraft Member, and being a Helper would greatly help me in passing my experience to the newer players.

Involvement- I am very often participating in conversations in /g and in /msg or local. I am a fan of Meepcraft's events hosted by players and believe they're a great way to tightened the community. I have created many events in the last year which have increased player happiness and closeness. As a Helper, I would encourage involvement for many other Meepers.

Past leadership experience- In the course of Meep's history, I've ran several towns with the intention of increasing new player satisfaction and retention rates of these new members. In particular, an Alpha town Ascend was made early 2016, where it peaked 34 members and 4 other towny staff. thecreepys is my most memorable member, because he still plays to this day and is now a VIP and a more involved member of this community.

Work Ethic- I dedicate myself time to make sure jobs get done correctly and as properly as I can. Being the owner of 12 pwarps, I have to make sure I work hard to properly maintain and uphold the standards I place on all of my pwarps; Player Satisfaction, Retention rate of players, and involvement of many players- the checklist that I made for myself is the summation of what I attempt to make Meepcraft attain.

What are your weaknesses? Immaturity- This part is my biggest weakness. I tend to be immature at times in global where it should not be expressed.

To help alleviate this problem, I will do my best to not show these tendencies in the public chat space and to have self-control to prevent scenes from occuring.

Argumentative- Another weakness of mine is my short-temper and an urge to start an argument. This can be reflected with my past Chat-related offenses and what has happened on occasion.

A solution to this issue would to use the "Debates" section of the forums in order to make my point more coherent in an appropriate place to make my point. I will not allow myself to post inappropriate content whenever I am upset or tempered. I will try to use the Suggestions forum appropriately to create Constructive feedback about the server and how I think it could be improved.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: All in all, Helper is a position I would like to attain in order to contribute to the team and the community as a whole. It's my opinion that my traits are fit for those that are of the staff team. I am aware of my weaknesses, and weaknesses are very important to point out. However, I try my best to work out these weaknesses.

My chat-related offences are in the past, and I am maturing from the toxicity which I have displayed.

You are not helpful to the community in any way that i see, 90% of the chats I see from you are you participating in arguments, or ads.
You are not ready for a staff position until you can really mature up. Really, really, really mature up. Because ever since you started #psuedoforhelper (which is immature and shows desperation, as well as the fact that I thought you were joking this whole time) you have not improved nearly enough.
I admire your dedication and your hard work you've put forth on projects such as your malls and warps.
Otherwise, you've still got a good ways to go.

You've come a long way since krazykat600, and have made great strides in being a helpful and productive member of the community. I really can't say I've had a negative experience with you in quite some time, and think you have the potential to become a great staff member in the future.

That being said, I feel like you're a bit raw, and you lack of filter sometimes gets you into trouble, as Muunkee said above. Personally, I'd trust you for a staff position, but be mindful of your areas for improvement while demonstrating your great work ethic by addressing these weaknesses.

While I do acknowledge the comments regarding your immaturity, I have not seen any of it from you. In fact, quite the opposite. We were talking in teamspeak yesterday regarding your somewhat shaky past on the server and I heard from you real remorse. You felt bad for what you did, took your punishment, and then turned yourself around. However, what really motivated to comment on your application was a great act of nobility I saw from you today. I don't want to get too much into detail here, but lets say that from what I saw you truly care about the community as a whole. I am sure you know what I am talking about. +1 :)

Hey there PseudoPlatonic, thank you for your interest in applying to the staff team. We have decided to deny this application today based on your previous toxicity. You just got off of your "probation" about two weeks ago. You have said absolutely disgusting things to me, and other staff members. We do not take these things lightly.
