I'm sorry, but just no; not yet. Here are the problems I see, and ways you can work on them:

Accepted" section. Read through these, and note the styles.
When I read your application, I should be able to walk in knowing nothing about you, and walk away knowing not what you do, but how you think. Every section of yours struck me as very weak.
What are your weaknesses? i am not good helping with redstone, i don't understand it.

Weaknesses are problems with your personality, such as impatience, emotions, immaturity, and inexperience, not a lack of knowledge of Minecraft mechanics.
In addition to this, Teamspeak is a
requirement for staff. As a staff member, you use this to really get to know people, and attend various staff meetings. In fact, if a person is accepted, they are moved to the interview section, which is done on TS.
Another flaw I see with your application is the grammar. When you are doing something like this, it is imperative to proofread it, and correct these errors. It's expected that there will be a few mistakes, as it is so easy to miss things, but it is very consistent, telling me it was intentional, or you just didn't proofread.

It sounds bad, but 1-2 hours isn't enough time for a Helper to be in-game. Upper ranks, such as admin and supermod, can be less active in game, because they often do things behind the scenes. Almost all the work a Helper does is in-game. And honestly, you aren't gonna solve many problems in two hours. It's like building a massive house; you won't get much done if you work just a little bit every day.
In addition to a lack of in-game activity, I'd like to see a lot more from you here on the forums. Things here on the forums allow you to participate in contests, buy ranks, suggest additions/changes to the server, and simply discuss various topics with everyone else.

As I said before, this is not what we look for in weaknesses. Here are some things I notice:
-Immature
When I do see you in global, you rarely add anything to the conversations going on, and usually just tell everyone exactly what is happening to you at that moment. Honestly, a lot of people don't want to know you found a mineshaft. Personally, this doesn't bother me a bit, but it does for others. Things like "Lol, a creeper blew me to smithereins while I was typing," are perfectly fine, as it is honest humor.
-Inexperience
I mentioned this before, but you don't appear to know much about the commands and mechanics on this server. This is one the primary goals of a Helper, among other things: answering questions. On the other hand, just because you can answer questions doesn't mean you should apply, but that it is a good quality for those who have other strengths.
