Screen hacked at the RNC?

I saw something pretty crazy while Ted Cruz was speaking at the RNC. The huge screen behind him glitched out quite a few times, then for a split second the whole thing went black, and a figure that appears to be a human face popped up right behind Ted Cruz. I found this incredibly creepy, but I also want to check with you guys to be sure I'm not crazy and seeing things.

the eyes are too far up on the forehead and the hair on the forehead is too perfectly shaped, also the eyes are plain black.. the yebrows r screwed up too

not saying its impossible that the screen was hacked, but that probably isnt the one who hacked it

I thought that when I first saw it, but if you look closely that isn't anonymous's hallmark "face" for lack of a better word. It isn't the same mask that they use.

i still dont think it looks like a human face, but its totally possible that someone hacked the screens to make them glitch out
