I adore the naming of these tools so much, using roman gods names for god tools is awesome (even though I'm more of a fan of the greeks).

It kind of works (my studies lay in their Greek counterparts so I'm not as well educated on the Roman gods so apologies) Terra or Terra Mater her greek counterpart is Gaea she's more of a personification of the earth rather than a god, I mean technically it would work but "Terra Mater" should technically be it although it's not as catchy. Sorry I'm just being a bit picky here.

Now I wont just bug you about the name! I suggest a rename and an added effect. You could have the name as Jupiter (god of thunder and the sky also basically the king of gods) I like the sharpness idea but adding a random chance for lightning to strike (maybe 5%? or something small to avoid spamming lightning bolts everywhere) would make it worth the 90k.
