Overall an incredible application and I have no choice but to give you any other vote than a +1. However, this one part of your piece did pose quite a concern to me. You cannot just say something of this nature, tell the reader to ignore it, and expect them to just move on with their day. I understand and see the sheer amount effort you put into polishing this application, and I appreciate the large amount of time you put into it. If only you had expanded more on this one particular detail, and I would have nothing but good things to say.
Oh well, I got some time on my hands so let me help you out. You need to tell us more. What does it feel like to have no soul? Is it a free, or lonely feeling? How will the lack of soul present in your skull influence the decisions you make in the field as a staff member? These are all crucial concepts that the staff team needs to understand before giving you a shot to perform as a helper.
