Is taking advantage of casino systems legal?

Now I know most people probably think that this is a stupid question but please, let me explain. What I mean by this is lets say you go to a casino that has slots. You play the slots and the prize is a renamed stick. You then go to your home, make a bunch of sticks, and rename it after the prize and sell them all. I had a talk with a mod in-game but they told me to post here.
The reasons why I think this is legal is that it is easily avoidable, it is not scamming as you aren't making the game biased or making it impossible to win, it isn't stealing since you aren't taking anything from the person, and you aren't scamming the person out of money as this is completely their fault and you cannot scam yourself.
The reasons why I think it might be illegal is, nothing. I do not see in any way how this is illegal. If you can think of anything please comment below because I would like to see why.

FYI: I am not trying to disrespect server rules, server staff, or anything/anyone with this post. It is a simple question that I would like an answer for. It is not stated in the rules and I was wondering.

First it is or should be completely illegal. It is not the peoples fault for naming the object because thats how the casino slots work. Doing that is a sleez ball move.

It does seem sketch. But I'm pretty sure as long as your not breaking any raiding rules it can be done but don't take me on my word.

This is why signs are cleared when a plot is unclaimed (or supposed to be) so people cant do stuff like this. because I could stick a hopper under any shop chest and just sell til that person runs out of money.
Those signs are supposed to be gone.

Allow me to provide a quote from the rules:
