Simple Version: We don't have the players, resources, or need to support development of a third Towns world.
My Version: Even if this was created, nobody would play it that much. If the world's were connected, like A and B, everyone would just store stuff in A and B. The only solution to this would be separate inventories for this Towny C. Nobody is going to build a town just for Towny Wars. It's like building a town in UHS; the first fool to come across it will turn your village into a hardcore version of the Nether! So why would anyone play there? If we're going to implement Towny Wars, they need to be added to all worlds. That way, nobody can hide stuff in other worlds.
Secondly, we have somewhere between 70-120 players on most days (during the day time in America), which isn't enough for three worlds. We don't really have the player count for two, but we keep it that way since the resources have already been spent to make them.
In addition, we don't have the infrastructure to create a third world. We have three people on the tech team right now. Do you honestly think they have the time to make this, and still fix the things already on Trello? Basically, we need either more techs, or less problems to create a third world. I don't see a wave of people applying for tech (who could actually develop things for the server), so we need less problems first. Problems take time to fix. Therefore, we should not even attempt this until more projects are completed. Just today were the ads finally fixed, and those were started more than two months ago! Bear in mind, there have been many other projects completed, but this one is recent enough to point out. The tech team is booked as is, so we shouldn't add to that burden when we don't have the players or need for a third world.
In conclusion, we do not have any need for this, the players necessary to support it, or the time for techs to work on it. -1
