Forums Registration Problem

Bug: People registering for a forums account are not recieving the confirmation e-mail.

Additional Info: Several people have asked me to talk to someone about this, as they want to set up a forums account to join us on here, but are not recieving the confirmation email. This is only affecting those signing up directly through the website, from what I have observed.

We're aware of this - If you can tell them to msg a staff the forum name they signed up with, and their email, we can bother the admins and get it fixed.
For now, pending.
