I think there should be weather in towny. It's always just sunny and cloudy. I think all types of weather should be included (rain, snow, thunderstorm and lightning). Now this wouldn't really be useful (or maybe it could, to fill up cauldrons or to get different mobs), but it would add more of the "natural" effect to Meepcraft.
