Bug: Lotto might be broken a bit.

Summary of Bug: In the morning, /pwarp was broken then I noticed when I was doing lotto the numbers for the lotto were going up like maybe 50-65 instead of 95 per ticket and I felt like it was broken.

Additional information: I wasn't able to snap any evidence screenies but plz investigate.
