OK so these are the ONLY kits you need for balanced game play.
First of all, completely remove the current kits, they're unbalanced and really badly thought out. Make the armour for all the armour strong so if someone sneaks up behind you and hits you, you won't be killed by anyone in 3 hits or something
There should be:
A kit with no potion effects - will have a medium danage sword but has the disadvantage of having no speed
A kit with speed 1 - will have a slightly weaker sword than the one above and weaker armour
A kit with speed 2 - will have a sword twice as weak as the first kit. And armour that's much weaker than other kits (Speed is op)
A kit with slowness - will have weak sword and stronger armour than all the other kits but the slowness will make it extrendy hard to battle against speed kits
A bow kit with speed 2 - try to make the damage of the bow almost the same as most swords when fired while having been fully drawn back.
A bow kit with slowness - same as the speed archer kit but make the bow give off almost twice the damage . Maybe even give the slowness bow kit a knockback 1 wooden sword or something
In terms of soups, just put the same amount of soups for every kit.
The healer kit is mainly just annoying
The way kit is now, if anyone uses any kit other than the explorer taiga kit, they will easily die to the person using the taiga kiy; it's 100x better than the other kits
I didn't really bother to put much thought into this as I probably won't be listened to, but it'd still make kitpvp a heck of a lot more balanced then the way it is now, it's seriously terrible, the kits are so poorly thought out, sure they might look cool and whatever but they're stupid
Also please add like, a command to teleport back to kitpvp spawn and there be like a 45 second wait or something, if I want to get out of kitpvp, I have to suicide and ruin my kdr, not that anyone cares about kdr right now because kitpvp is so unbalanced but if/once it gets better, add a command to get back to spawn and also reset the stats once kit is better.
Also if my idea does get accepted, I can re-suggest this in a much better, thought out way while providing actual kit suggestions like enchants, sword/bow damage, armour, sword damage etc.
- Add Kitpvp currency, so we can finally not waste our meebles on the damn potions that no one uses, and you would be able to convert them into meebles...

I like this idea, but instead of being able to convert a Kitpvp currency to meebles, just make two separate currencies, so still earn meebles per kill but also earn some kind of Kitpvp currency reward like a token or something, then we can spend Kitpvp money on stuff for Kitpvp and not think we're wasting meebles for 2 second fun.
You could have posts inside the Kitpvp arena to spend a token on a full armour and weapons fix, buy more soups maybe, idk.
