Ban Appeal changes

you should change the ban appeal format to include the questions "why should we trust you", "how can we be sure you won't (blank) again", "what will you do different to prevent this from happening" ect. Almost every ban appeal has a staff member asking questions like these as the first reply, so why not speed up the process by including it in the appeal format. If you're going to ask the question, it seems more efficient to have the answers up front.

It's pretty broad for a question that asks for so many specificsI think a breakup of ideas split into separate questions would serve a better purpose. Normally when two ideas are combined into one question people will answer only one part, or overlook other things that they have been considering

You add more detail and refinement to the questions asked, and from this the quality of the information would be increased. Then, staff wouldnt have to waste time re-asking questions because the initial one was too broad to be answered completely

I think what'd be lovely, is if I could have a simple explanation as to why a ban appeal up just for 2 days has been answered, whereas mine, that's been up for over a week, has not. This isn't meant to sound like an attack, but I just find it very off putting and unprofessional.

I find it very off putting that a player is to get banned in the first place.

What I think is very disappointing is the fact that some appeals aren't answer until a few hours before the unban, or are only answered to say that the ban has expired. Players appeal to have the ban removed, not to just notify everyone that they are banned.

I think you are treating this as a formal application process. Ban appeals are for players who are wrongfully banned or want to come back on the server. We don't need or necessarily want them to write long appeals. We want to see why they were banned, how long ago they were banned and their reason for wanting to come back. We aren't judging them on their writing skills. If theh want to put in more effort that is up to them but all we really need is a "im sorry, I've been gone 2 months and I really want to come back. I won't ever xray again"

Denied, you should already include why we trust you etc. We don't feel we need to add every question we need to ask you. The ban appeal is PERSONAL, we want to see what you have to say.
