Ive banned 2 players in the past 3 months.
You all constantly crave to know the inner working of staff because you think it may give you an advantage in your bans / appeals. Maybe somehow formulating a way to get us in trouble or demoted, (Clearly expressed in this thread btw.)
If you took 10 minutes to get to know me instead of acting like im some giant ahole for banning you, Maybe you would understand that my "bias" is more of tough love. I ask you to scavenge through every post and thread and rule and whatever you need to find 1 time where I was clearly bias and didnt try to work with the person banned. I gave speedyjake, VKL, noobslayer, Caleb (even helped him get staff!) and many other players a chance to come back and worked with them. Some get it, Some dont. Not much more I can do.
But bias? Lol thats just a salty word because you have nothing else on me.
Ask around for how many times I covered for certain people. Maybe didnt ban, Didnt give warning points, Heck I even give Xrayers warnings the first time I see it. All I do is write it on my sheet and send a message saying "I have proof you xrayed. If I find it again I have to ban. Hack clients are illegal here".
And for the last time.
I think the community should understand this because you do ban some number of players
