MoosMas I was playing Skyblock when I died while walking across my island, no mobs, no lava etc. I had 23 pistons (which are pretty valuable for a level 28 island).Refugeecrafter handled the case and he will post evidence.

Summers He probably fell off his island and typed a command to teleport to his island right before he died. Try looking at his commands before death.
boombox123 Yeah I know this glitch I had It before, I was falling down into water and I randomly died in mid air.. I think I told jess and she reported it but all my items landed on the ground so I was good thank god!
