Apparently there was a skyblock glitch where all the villagers disappeared and all of mine (5) disappeared so please can I get 5 villagers back please

I know that. But we also don't refund simply because we can't really get any proof whether or not you really had villagers. A lot of things can be set up and anyone can claim ''I had villagers here!'' even though they didn't.

There was a bug that wiped out every living entity globally. Staff can't refund those as it is a very complicated situation.
