/near vote note

One time use /near mod+ command usable by players
if u put it in warp shop ill cry...
/near:
Tells all players who is within a 200 block radius of you and how far they are exactly.

ADDED:
To add this would be a consumable note with a one time use. If you were to use to hunt players in wild Since it only says how far away a player is, not which direction, and has a max distance of 200 blocks, it would be about as useful as typing the letter "t" in chat until it actually lets you say it(which has a max distance of 80 blocks so would be easier abused).

With a note it can be abused in a few ways and I honestly don't see the point. Why would a player need /near ?

For the same reason players would need the other pointless cosmetic perks being added. How can this be abused again?

If you don't want to die in the wild then don't go to the wild. The wild chest is supposed to be a competitive killing fest to gain what is inside. Don't risk it if you don't want it.

The near command is not consequential in any way, and it's extremely useful. Near should just be a default command given to players.

We did think about this but we thought about a scenario where someone would buy a fly note and have the command and would fly around wild spamming the command until they found someone and killed them. The likeliness of that happening all the time would probably be slim but still it wouldn't be worth the havoc. Maybe disable the command in wild only and have it everywhere else?

That is fair. I know I've answered dozens and dozens of modreqs in towny where there is a disguised player there and nobody knows who it is.

You can simply right-click the disguised player to discover his identity.
