In school I am quite shy and usually get good grades, my favorite subject is reading, I also like math! In the summer and fall I participate in football, basketball and competition cheer. I always like to look at the positive side of things even when it is bad. I can become very excited at times and find trouble. Recently I have been blessed with my beautiful niece and just looking at her makes me happy and realizing there is such innocence in the world we live in. I've never had any friends in and out of school because I am always so busy! Why should you be Helper? I think I should be helper because:

I am always willing to help people in need, when I friend (even a stranger) needs something done I will always do the job if I am not busy. I am always volunteering for anything I can in and out of school.

I don't let what the haters say get to me, If you call me dumb, stupid, ugly and so on I honestly won't care. I do not mean if you say something I will not care I mean if you say something rude I will not take it to heart. Now I have seen some nasty things people have said to each other on MeepCraft and real life which I knew they were saying out of spite and were not thinking it out. Calming people down and talking them through things is the best way to solve an issue.

I am very dedicated to the things I am passionate about like my job at my family's farm, at the farm there is a lot to do! There is no slacking off. you must work until the job is done. I believe if I was helper I would definitely become passionate about it.

I like to be positive and all around happy! Because I know if one person is unhappy it can lead to an all around bad experience. I just hate it when people are in bad moods, I think if just one person becomes happy and just says a small "Hello! How are you on this amazing day?" it could make that person's day which is why I may be seen sending random hello and how are you to people, even if I say wrong person it probably was the right person and i'm scared to upset them. What are your weaknesses? I can be quick to find trouble. Especially when its 3am and i'm bored.

Now this could be considered good and bad, I am very persistent and stubborn. I have my opinion and that is that no changing it. And when someone is very mad at me I must (and when I say must I mean must) find out the reason no matter what it takes. which explains 2 of my bans for harassment.

Sorry, but judging by your application and your past posts on the forums, you're too immature for this position. You say some iffy things in your application, particularly in the weakness section, and you also ask at the end how to get teamspeak. Usually when people don't know how to do simple stuff like that yet, I recommend that they learn it and wait a few months before applying again.
I'd also recommend getting a (few) friend(s) to read over your application and check for grammar mistakes.

- You have quite a number of bans, especially harassment ones. This is not taken lightly.
- I don't see you on Meep too often.
- No TeamSpeak activity, this is required for the interview.
- No references. This is a major part of your app, and should be used for people who want you as Helper.
- You seem quite young to be Helper. The "world wide web" has some nasty stuff on it. Are you mature enough to deal with that?

Lady you just seem like while you're cheerful and a productive member of the community, you are simply way too immature and I honestly don't think you'd be able to stay focused on the position and the responsibility for more than a month or so. You have low activity on forums right now and you don't have TS which is pretty much required. My suggestion would be to REALLY work on maturity and activity. It's gonna be hard and its gonna take time. Look at me. It took me 5 months. Just keep going and you'll get it.

But I JUST warned you yesterday about you saying something highly inappropriate in shout. At this time I don't feel that you would be an asset to the team and I would like to see you work on the fundamentals of becoming a helper such as not saying inappropriate things in shout, helping out new players, answering questions, ect. Hi Mom! I think you're a really great player, but it's a -1 from me.
You're an extremely positive and outgoing player that has good intentions at mind, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to handle the position you are applying for. I like you as a player, but being a staff member may not be for you.
First things first, Teamspeak is a must. You'll need to have Teamspeak for meetings, the interview, and to interact with more players. I really suggest getting Teamspeak before applying because that will allow the community to become more familiar with you, and you can understand us as well. Teamspeak really helped me, and I'm sure it can help you too. We don't bite!
I can see you getting mad at people if they do something out of the ordinary. There's a lot of different people that you'd be giving this service to, so prove to us that you're able to handle difficult situations.
Prove your responsibility, that's all I have to say.

I'd like to say yes I am mature enough to deal with the "world wide web's" nastiness. The main point I forgot in the application is that I purely want to give back to our meepcraft community that has already given me so much, I do not think age can affect that.

We need people who look at things positive yes we have some, but people who look at things positive is looking at things on right side, you may not be looking at whats wrong about a problem but a good side may be not knowing its illegal not thinking a simple problem though you would be able to know if someone deserves a second chance. no but a +1 for me because age doesn't define your maturity. she may seem immature, but I'm older than her, and sometimes, she's more mature than me. (sometimes i mean I'm not too immature but she can be wise haha.) she helps me and her friends, and a lot of the bigger meters of course don't see her on meep cause they don't pay attention to meters like us. That doesn't men she isn't on a lot. I'm on everyday for about 8 hours and she's there everyday for about the same time. From what i see, she meets the standards you guys seem to have set, but you aren't with around her everyday...
