It used to suck but I get a bundle of tv and internet for 40 bucks a month and it used to be 30mbps per second but they sped it up free of charge to 300mbps download and 60mbs upload and thats not even the ethernet thats wireless I get 500mbps ethernet. Or if your xbox is running on wireless plug it up to your router it will be much faster.

Also I know because I twitch stream from a computer to and 10mbps its much to slow to stream from. If your xbox isnt near a ethernet port or your router you can buy a wifi usb connector but im not sure if it will work with a xbox.
