That isn't a bad thing, ofc, he knows you better then all of us. But find close friends that you think might want you as a staff member. If you want help, let me know
Your constant toxicity leads me to believe that you might be struggling with irl things that might be distracting your mind from moving forward, I think I can say lots of us have been there. I've been there too, but until you shape up, and stop being rude. We just can't have you as a staff member. If you need further talking too from me, or any staff member, we all would love to help you.

I've waited a minute to post on this. Ah well.
Nuke, you have given me almost nothing positive about you.

You beg. All the time. ALL the time. It's okay to ask for something once in awhile, you're flat out begging. It's annoying for everyone.
You even say you're the 'best begger' on your profile status.
You have a semi low activity on forums. While it's not bad in itself because you do posst and you are active, it's a bad thing in what you say. Anything you say on the forums is either nonconstructive, you buying/selling something, or begging.
You have proven you can be really hard to work with and that's concerning. You have to be a team player. You have to be able to work with your team members no matter what the issue is.
You put 0 effort into this app.

Overall I do not think you are ready to handle the position. You should work on activity all-around - In game you should be mature and nice and helpful, social on TS, and social on forums
Stop begging people for things - if they can earn it you can too.
