Anyway, I think you will need to work on presenting yourself well, and making sure you tell these meeplings why you know that you will be a good helper. Ask your friends about your strengths and your weaknesses. Work to your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

You put forth pretty much 0 effort in writing this and that is upsetting. I personally LOVE reading applications I really take the time to sit down and read the whole thing through to learn more about you! I have seen you in game but this application is really lacking so it shows me you don't care to go out of your way to make a decent application. I hope that you continue to become more active in the community and helping out in shout! Maybe in a few months you could reapply -1.

P.S. Honestly age means nothing these days keep doing what you are doing I hope to see another app from you in the future. Make it fun and strive for it to be an amazing read for me ;)

If this is accurate, this is a very large amount of time, more than quite a few current staff members. Possibly a positive, possibly an addiction.

Introduction

Introduction: The server i play on most is Meepcraft, when i am not playing on Meepcraft i'm probably reading.

This tells me absolutely nothing about who you are as a person, your experiences, or virtually any personal details. A proper introduction will tell those of us who have no clue who you are about yourself. If you are introducing yourself to a person, what do you tell them? I would hope you do not tell them that you either are reading or playing Meepcraft.

The Why

Why should you be Helper? I love to help people and when a person needs help i will help them.

Okay then . . . so you'll "help?" There's more to being a constructive member of the community than just "helping." Have you given valuable input on ideas? Have you not only "helped" someone, but taught them? Have you shown someone how to truly play the server? Have you interacted with lots of members of the community?

Weaknesses

What are your weaknesses? I dont like punishing people for things they have done.

Punishing people is part of the job description. The job of a staff member can be defined as enforcing rules of the server, solving problems/disputes, guiding and teaching new players, moderating chat on the forums and in-game, and so many other tasks.
Besides that, this does not tell us any true weaknesses. If you believe you don't have any, you're only setting yourself up to fail. It is critical to acknowledge your own weaknesses, and work to improve yourself.

I believe you have potential, but for now, I have no option but to -1. Good luck!

I don't see you too often in game, but when I do, you seem like a good guy. However, I don't think you have enough experience. You seem to be asking for lots of help, which is definitely okay, as asking for help is something you need to do in order to succeed. But, you do need to be familiar with commands and such. Also, you put minimal effort into the application. If you want to be staff, the staff team needs to see that you are devoted and willing to put in the work in your application to be able to trust you to be a devoted and willing staff member. If you consider and work on these aspects, you can accomplish many things, along with achieving the rank of staff member. Currently, I am at a -1. Don't let this discourage you, though! Good luck!

Im currently a -1 due to the following reasons,
Age although can be proven wrong. You are very young and might not be able to handle some of the things thrown at you, but i could be wrong.
Not so much popularity but generally being known. I havent seen you ingame much on shout or in chat helping out, which im sure you can do.
TS Access, The ability to use teamspeak is required for you to be a staff member, its needed for moderation purposes and to actually conduct an interview should you be accepted for one.
Your app was very very short, I know you can put more effort into giving us more details about you and your experiences on the server.

Work on these flaws buddy.
