Mobs despawned?

It seems as if most (if not all) mobs, including villagers, have despawned. Will we be refunded or reimbursed? Evidence of Bug: Additional information:

Hey, since there is no way to prove the amount that you lost/that you even lost any we cannot possibly refund.
