Perks are still allowed on servers it's just everyone on the server has to have them / have the chance to get them without the use of irl money.

Like this: Perks for old ranks bought with 1 meeble for a year for each perk for a rank. Others get it for 1mil meebles/hour. That way, We technically stick to the EULA, while keeping my old supreme perks

Idea 1

If you have thousands of dollars to fight against microsoft in court well then we can do the first idea just fine ;)

What my friend devil-Pain is trying to say is that the chance that the server would be shutdown by microsotf/mojang for that is pretty high. So that would mean that we would have to fight it in court and i doubt the server/fuzzlr has that kind of money for a trial, a good lawyer and time to wait months/years for the server to come back up........

Idea 2/3 might be a breach of the EULA from what i have understood.
