How about you can go onto TS and poke a staff member to force-teleport you? Easiest solution other than rebooting the server.

It's legit advice. Asking a staff member to spam force TP to them, or telling them to kick you, can fix the bug.

Alternatively, you could install the Minechat app onto a phone or tablet and log in via the app. The app will automatically teleport you to spawn.

You're misunderstanding. If you're getting the fly glitch no matter where you are, going to spawn by doing /spawn should fix the issue, since you warp. That's also why a force tp works.
