Great to see another application by you! It really shows your determination to get on the team. Unfortunately, I have my reasons to -1 you.
You are quite immature in game. Try cooling yourself down a little before you speak in chat. Though you may be active in game, you aren't that helpful. Try help those Meepers that ask questions if you know the answer to it!
Forums, you are relatively active but try getting yourself into more threads and getting more familiar with the forums atmosphere. As for your application, your introduction was great but your why was quite short. It's great you stated your weakness and didn't hide it, but the question is, how will you work on getting less upset? Will you take a 2 minute break from your computer? Tell yourself to calm down? If you show us how you will improve we'll know how you've improved and that you want to improve.
Also, maybe too many exclamation marks ;)
