Still a huge -1. You try to make it seem so easy and listen pal, I can code I know most commands in minecraft. I know that this isn't "that" hard to make but it will still take lots of work and devs won't pay much attention to it. Also you say it's hard and requires skill. No it doesn't. I am in the good side of pvpers like out of one to ten I'm probably a six and a half, but this kit can be mastered by threes. Imagine if someone like cleaves or Supervlad or pyro got ahold of this. Kit would be a destroyed server.

It is easy.
If you think it is overpowered, it cas be nerfed. Remove potion arrows, change projectile resistance, ect. It doesn' have to be exactly what I put, this is just a possible loadout that isn't perfect. That is why I want people to tell me what can be changed to make this worth adding.
