Hai Dawn, I think this application is even better than the last one, I have seen so much improvement in you and your actions.
I'm going to point out a couple things for some of the players who commented on here and yourself, please hear me out.
-1/3 of the people who commented; don't talk to Dawn, haven't had any conversations with him. Don't look in the now, dwell on the past.
-Catching hackers is a huge thing to study and learn, and doesn't come easy. Staff have great guides how to spot a hacker and if Dawn gets accepted he will learn in time. I had no idea about what type of hacks players used or anything like that. So don't be so quick to judge.
-Being a "leader" takes time, I know that. I never thought that I could be who I am today without a push, shove in the right direction.
Surrounding yourself with the right people to help you accomplish that, to have the courage to keep trying at something and not to give up.
-All this gossip going around about Dawn not being "good" at something, is not right. Everyone makes mistakes, some more than others.No one is perfect, the fact that he's been trying to please everyone, giving up things he wants to do, listening to other's issues.
Being there for players, standing up for them, and what you/they believe in, that's hard, its not easy.
-Dawn's singing; Singing in TeamSpeak is not a bad thing, you have been working constantly on it, making sure you don't bother anyone, going into other channels and taking a small break to practice your instruments is very nice of you to do.
-Any Immaturity that you are seeing, you all are catching Dawn at the wrong times, yes. Dawn can be abit inmmature sometimes..however its not offensive, its not sexual in any way. its not hurting anyone. Its okay to be immature, who wants to hang out with someone who is stuck up and won't talk to anyone?
I agree on some things said above. There's always going to be things to work on, I'll list some down below.
-Quick to actions; I see that you don't always think before you say something rash/unintentionally mean or false.
Everyone makes mistakes and if you acknowledge them, address them and make things right. That's what makes you a better person.
Gossip; I have experienced this first hand, I talked to you about something personal and made pretty much everyone on the server worry. Talking about that stuff is fine, but to spread it around without the persons consent is not the greatest thing to do.
I know I was at fault, I shouldn't have said or done a couple things, but we all learn from that.
Think before you speak, this is a huge lesson that will help you through life. This includes if its rude/mean towards another/etc..
Everything you say does not have to be something you may regret later, there's always to way to say something in a polite, organized manner.
1. When you are presented with an problem/upset about something; take a step back.
2. Analyze the problem, clamly find out what is going on with the situation.
3. Take a a moment (or as long as you need to) to think about what you want to say.
4. Think about how you want to say your comment/sentence to where its said efficiently.
5. Now that you have come up with a way to address the problem and handle it you can now comment.
This has helped be so much in life, sometimes you just need to take a step back, take a breath, calmly address and figure out what you have to do.
Traits what I see from you are; Maturity, honesty, you take responsibility for yourself. You stand up for others and what you believe in.
You're not afraid to do what's right, you take chances and give them. You can take criticism like no ones business, you have amazing courage. You can put aside the fact you don't like someone and try to get along with them. Not many people can do that.
