Just forewarning: The hoodies will most likely look like crap with that many colors on them, and over a white base.
For the T-shirt, I'd recommend ditching the back print, and using the current plates on the front (black) to put the wording in.
Please just use a site that can give you shades. This is a little bit silly if we're trying to look respectable as a server.
I think that a light grey with the Meep logo and maybe something else would look nice. Nothing on the back, but I feel like just the logo would look too bland.
Textiles are not like paper, shading isn't as fine as it would be printed off on paper. Your options are limited, it's not a "site" thing, but a printing thing. Subtleties cost quite a bit more. :)
Also; instead of having an 8 / 9 color image I would look into 4 color process printing, or spot process printing. 4 color process on white will achieve the same look, probably for a lesser cost.
