Try quartz instead of wool, makes it less tacky.

I'm selling these houses. I'm trying to make affordable housing. But yeah, in all the upscale housing I do I switch out the wool for quartz.

Maybe snow blocks would look less tacky while keeping prices down

Nice! I like it! :) But I too would suggest using snow instead of wool. Or just use quartz, it is expensive, but it looks the best! :D

Listen, tbh people will pay a little more if it means not so much of a tacky house......I have found it out myself. and also, if you want to get yourself out there as a good, or even just a decent builder, you need to put a little bit more into it. For example, the first 3 months I built on meepcraft for people, I lost about 25k a build. Try to get your name out there first so it will be worth more later. After the first 3 months I built, all the other builds of mine gained at least 75k-100k.

Maybe some color of stained clay would look good on this house instead :/ I've seen that style a million times with quarts. Maybe even try mixing quarts and stained clay. It's all up to you.
