Nick, There is not much I can say in about this app, that I haven't previously told you before. Although we've had our good times, and bad times, I'm going to rate your app like I never met you, and am basing my judgment off of your application only.
Pros/Improvements:

Nick I understand your trying to change, I see that, I also see that you may not be understanding the full role of helper. Based off of your actions, you seem to only want to help for the tittle, You have spikes of "Helping" that usually occur right before you apply, and during your application process, yet if your denied, the helping stops. Nick I can see you want the rank, I can see your trying. But I definitely recommenced to not just changed your activity, and behavior, but your attitude toward the whole aspect of helper as well.
On the flip side, I understand the fact that people make mistakes. When you where given the chance at helper the first time, it was because you could help, not just because of your application. Also, you were not demoted because you couldn't do your job. Keep that in mind. I'm a strong believer in change, and as long as you are to, you truly can change.
