/Request fix

So you may have or may have not witnessed someone already in a town requesting for a town with /request. Maybe you can make it so they cannot do /request if you are IN a town. There's not much I can say just that its annoying.
Edit: If you do it, it will say if you are in town and which town. Also maybe something like /plotlist tp 1 to get back to your plot.

It's kinda funny when some mayor of a metropolis does this, but it just creates spam.

perhaps also teleporting the person to their current town when they issue /request
sometimes citizens forget their town name and then wind up asking for a new one

Or it could say something like you are in ____ town do /t spawn to get back to it

It sends out an automatic message into the world chat asking if you can join someone's town

+1. I mean I did it before just to test what would happen, but it gets annoying when people in a town keep typing it then we try add them

I really like the idea of how if a resident tries to do /request , it will tell them they can do /t spawn to get to their town and /t leave if they would like to leave. Though to add onto the suggestion even further, if the town is a bigger town or they didn't set a home, why not also tell them "Do /plotlist tp 1 to get to your plot." Or would that be too much? I know if there are outposts, the resident may get very confused.
