Application:
The application wasn't really that great. You could've provided more information in the helper section, and the weakness areas.
Introduction:
Introduction was good, I mean I know you more now. You should add more information on other things you do like "I work at a or I play sports like Just add more stuff. In fact, I believe you should've put most of this information in the Helper section
Helper section: This should be the biggest section in your application (or a huge portion of your app) I like the reasons you showed, but there isn't anything else to prove you're the best applicant?
Weakness Section:

These could've been added to your weaknesses instead of your intro.
Forum Activity: I say, for the amount of time you've been here, your forum activity is pretty lacking. I remember seeing you, but then you would disappear for a month on forums, come back, make a post, disappear, repeat.
How to improve: Improve your forum activity, even if it's like a post a day or something. (and not status messages) I can't say much for in game or Teamspeak, but I'll leave that for the other meepers. You need to give more reasons on why you are fit for the job and find out more about the other weaknesses you may have.
I believe you have the potential to become a staff member, just focus on activity, the app, and get to know the community more.
This is an okay amount of time to be active however I would suggest coming on more as I hardly ever see you online.

To be fair, for someone who is 21, that is really good imo. He probably has things he has to do irl. Also, I think 4 hours minimum is really good for a helper.
