Staff help?

So I'v noticed lately I will post something on like a staff apply and then it gets denied by a moderator, no explanation no warning no nothing. It's not like its mean or anything, it seems helpful constructive and overall fine. Could a staff member explain this to me?

I'm going to assume you're talking about the most recent post that was denied, in which you said multiple times that they should "just stop". that's not constructive at all and can really ruin their morale, and we don't want to discourage people from applying. we want to help them become better by nicely pointing out flaws and suggesting to improve themselves. Instead it would have been better to give them tips to manage their time and how to become more active. Hope that helps!

Oke, now that I look back on it that was very mean and condescending. I will do my best in the future to be more respectful and much less harsh to players ;)
