Having this many colors would kill me. I don't think all ranks should have colored chat.

Notice how elite and below say colored tag.
Like they have colored tags now.Keep in mind this color chart:

I was always thinking that staff and regular players should have different colors, like staff had warm colors, players have cool colors.
I the helper/mod chat should be orange
supermod should be a green
Admin/tech should be red
Supreme can stay purple
Ults should get a choice of the current helper/mod blue and the current supermod cyan, and of course the purple that they have already paid for.
quick edit: I would not have upgraded to ult if it wasn't a birthday gift. Simply because of the chat color. I know several people refuse to upgrade because of the chat color. We need those donations, lol.
edit x2:
Helper/mod = green chat
Supermod = the light red, almost pink color looks kinda like this but more red
admins have the normal darker red
That way no one's stuck with orange because no one likes orange.

KEY: The grey chat = white chat in game I just can't set it as white chat or you won't see it
Citizen: Hi (dark gray title, white chat) (Tag: &8, chat: &f)
VIP: Hi (Tag: &a , Chat:&f )
Premium: Hi (Tag: &1 , Chat: &f)
Exclusive: Hi (Tag: &e, Chat:&f )
Elite: Hi (Tag: &b , Chat: &f )
Supreme: Hi (dark purple title, light purple/ ''pink'' chat color, same as current) (Tag:&5 , Chat: &d)
Ultimate1: Hi
Ultimate2: Hi
Ultimate3: Hi
(Ults should have same rank tag color but different chat color. The tag would be the med blue, helper/mod current chat with choices of what's currently Supreme pink chat, helper/mod blue, and supermod cyan. Default color would be the last one as it matches the tag)
(Tag: &9, Chats in order: &d, &b, &9 )
Helper: Hi
Mod: Hi (Same as helper -- Tag: &2 , Chat: &2 )
Supermod: Hi (Tag: &2, Chat: &c)
Admin: Hi (Tag: &4 , Chat:&4 )
Tech: Hi (Tag:&4 , Chat:&4 )
(&c and &4 look a lot more different in game than I can make them appear here. &c is a lot lighter with an almost pink tone, &4 is a true red.)
I feel that this looks nice altogether. The colors are less of a mess (seriously, removing orange makes a GIANT DIFFERENCE) (seriously guys) (IT MATCHES SO MUCH BETTER TOGETHER REALLY)
There was a suggestion that I actually liked it was something like;
Admin: Red
SuperMod: Orange
Mod/Helper: Yellow (remember when helpers were yellow!?)
Ultimate: green/cyan
Supreme: Cyan/blue
Elite: dark purple tag
Exclusive: light purple tag
Prem: Black tag
Vip: brown tag
Cit: white tag.
I liked this because of the color organization. Right now, the color is organized in no order imo; red, blue, cyan, orange, purple, light blue, yellow, blue, green? It makes you wonder.
The only problem with this is that a lot of people are really used to the current colors, and this would get very confusing.
Aside from that, I'm +0; I think yes, orange is unappealing, but it'd be hard to adjust.

See above: Light gray = white cause you can't see white text
Citizen: Hi (Tag: &f, Chat: &f )
VIP: Hi (Tag: &6, Chat:&f ) (There is no brown color code. I used orange instead.)
Premium: Hi (Tag: &0 , Chat: &f )
Exclusive: Hi (Tag: &d, Chat:&f ) (Tag would be current supreme chat, ''pink'')
Elite: Hi (Tag:&5 , Chat: &5) (tag is current supreme tag)
Supreme1: Hi (Tag: &b, Chat: &9)
Ultimate: Hi (Tag: &a, Chat: &b) (This chat color would be default)
Ultimate2: Hi (tag: &a, Chat: &9)
(ults should be allowed previous chat color choice but having a same tag)
Helper: Hi (Tag: &e , Chat:&e )
Mod: Hi (Tag: &e, Chat: &e)
(Yellow is more bright IG but the bright yellow is hard to read on here)
Supermod: Hi (Tag:&6 , Chat: &6)
(ew)
Admin: Hi (Tag: &4, Chat: &4)
Tech: Hi (Tag: &4, Chat: &4)
This makes the most sense color-order wise. I don't think supermods would be happy landing with the gross orange color, and I'm not the biggest fan of the first three colors. that took me a half hour you guys better love me
