Need town spawn builder

i need a 2 plot spawn torn down and a new castle type spawn built
I have all blocks the town is Texas I want it to be cheap I'm paying under 50k because I was just banned a few days ago

@Jake17689 is a really good builder, try asking him. He recently just built a town spawn for someone else, I'm sure he will make it for you :)
