Introduction: Hey everyone, as most of you know Im Alex, (Señor_Miku_Chan). Or, my new name (zMiku). Im a freshman in high school, and love architecture in general. As a little kid, I used to always get some wooden blocks, some figures, and set up a small town. At first it wasn't very special, but as time went on I built castles, and towns and such. My other interests edged more to singing and dancing as I grew. I decided to join a show choir, where you dance and sing. Not only did I love to sing, I also loved to act, speak, and play piano. I am mostly into the
arts, however one thing I enjoyed more then the others is language arts. I crave writing and reading, and It's a passion I build on. Most peers look at me oddly for loving literature, and no, not just because they hate reading and writing, its because I'm sometimes way too invested in it at school. However I never really care, sinceI already have a good amount of book worm friends. In terms of other subjects, I enjoy them as well. Math is something I can work on liking more though. Outside of school, I babysit my neighbors and play videos games non-stop in my free time. I have one sister, who I used to fight with quite often but now we’re pretty good. I enjoy cooking with my family, but also by myself. Cooking is a skill that I plan on developing as well. Every once in a while though, I come back to those wooden toys and re-trace my steps. When I discovered meep, building was something I wasn't interested in, but discovered I should dive deeper into it. Now let's get on with the application!
Why should you be Architect? Over all, I realized we all say the same reason of why we should be an Architect. It's because we think we're good at building. But I think what truly make up the parts of an architect is his or her elements that all blend well and form a good person, and an great architect.
Dedication- I dedicate many of my hours of my time for meep, because of how meep has really impacted me. I always try to participate in global, assist others and pass on knowledge even not in game. I believe being dedicated and devoted to the server you love really should be a important aspect that contributes to being an architect very much. I believe that Im truly dedicated to the server, and one of those elements would make me a great architect.
Creativity- I strive to creative with my mind, and go beyond reality. Being creative and executing it well is something that I think I treat well. But really the reason I think being creative is important and the reason why I think I am creative is I always think of different things others have not done usually, so the builds signify originality, and uniqueness. Meep is really a unique server because what makes it different than others is the community and the server over all. That should also play into architecture, because when someone goes on a server, the atmosphere around it really makes the person realize that this server is special, and not like others. So to make that atmosphere surround the player, there needs to be not only amazing people around it, but cool, interesting builds. Meepcraft really shouldn’t be a hub server, and what contributes to it being so is the spawn and architecture. If I were an architect, I would attempt to make meep the most original it can be.
Friendliness-. Basically to sum it all up, Im trying to say that "hey, guess what? believe it or not, Im pretty chill to talk to". On meep, as much as my temper can get to boiling temperature, and I can get over the top, I always am willing to meet new people, cry, laugh, and smile with them. If your online, you always see me rambling in global, joking, or just being sarcastic. As much as I can be the opposite of "friendly" I can also be a pretty nice guy. I believe I am involved in global, and Im usually friendly and welcoming. As much as I can be the opposite, as I said earlier, I can display those qualities. I can be a friendly, warm, welcoming, fun, weird, odd, confusing, and a interesting person to talk to. I believe since I can be friendly, that this is another reason why I should be an arch.
Trust- This is something I'll briefly touch up on, but if someone needs a build done, I guarantee that I try my best to accomplish that project. Since Im usually trustworthy, I think that is another reason as to why I should be an architect. If you choose to read this application, I want to say that my trust isn’t always stable, and that it can break sometimes. Just recently I broke someone’s trust but it was really out of ignorance. I will try to be honest, and sometimes I am not because I'm confused as to what to do. This won’t really look very good on this application, since I'm trying to tell everyone as to why I should be an architect. Staying on topic, I usually accomplish builds when someone needs them unless there is a problem and Im completely freaking out.
Criticism- I absolutely love criticism, as long as it's constructive. I know how to take constructive criticism well, as long as there is a clear reason, and it will benefit me. There will be a ton of builds that won't look amazing, and I know that will happen. If someone can instruct and give me advice well, Ill take it and remember to use it. If I get promoted to Architect, I can't wait to learn and experience new things on the ride.
Styles- Another thing that shouldn't be long, but is another reason why I should be an architect is that I can do many styles of architecture. I have one personal style that is dear to me, but I can also perform other styles as well. Im not very strong on other styles, such as contemporary builds which are useful since meep is starting to develop more of contemporary architecture, however I will need a little more assistance with them rather then other styles.
What builds have you completed on the server and where might they be located? Most of the builds are in creative, which can be reached by contacting me in game.The only build that isn't in creative is the town hall which I can mail the coords to which again can be received by me via contacting me in game. I don't want to post the coords here, or else people can get to it. The only reason it bothers me is that it's now in the towny wild, which means someone can claim it.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Conclusion: In conclusion, I think these little paragraphs show reasons of why I would be a great architect, and how I would offer something great to the server, as well as the team. In this whole month of March, I know that there was a few hiccups as to my trust, and me not obeying the rules. I didn’t deliberately want to not to follow the rules, or to make mistakes but it was more out of ignorance and thinking it would be benign, or harmless. Despite these mess ups, I still think I can be a great architect that would bring new things to the team and I hope everyone understands that these were mistakes I don’t want to repeat. I really don’t want to do something bad and then just sugar coat it and make it seem as if Im trying to ignore it or try to paint it as nothing. Finally, I just want to thank everyone for their contributions, and efforts to increase my chances of making this possible. Thank you.
How much experience do you have using Voxel and Worldedit? I have no experience with voxel sniper, but I do have some with Worldedit. Im definitely not an expert on it to be honest but I do know all the basics, how to use it, etc. So I would need to review it, as well as know more of the advanced commands. However I do basically know how to use it.
