This is actually a pretty good idea. However, every good idea has it's flaws. First off, by reading this, I am assuming you know quite a bit on economics, like myself. I am a big fan of the subject but I feel like this plugin won't work well with people that don't know too much on the subject. There are also some flaws within the rules of this plugin, again that can be fixed.
Regardless, this would take very very long to make and I feel like not everyone would benifit from this because if someone isn't good at it, they're gonna lose all their money, and have no way of earning anything. If they can figure out a way to have this as a small thing but keep the easy way of earning money (now) then it would work well. I won't give a vote because I don't know what I should say but I hope this helps others make a conclusion.
