Hello, I recently purchased a rank for a friend which did not go through so I asked a Helper for some help and we decided I should retry to purchase the rank VIP and even the second time it still did not go through on the server.

Hey @Codyle I'm very sorry that the ranks you purchased didn't go through. We will need an Admin to resolve this issue, and it's already been brought to their attention so hopefully we can get a speedy fix. We may need more information, but for now we'll work with the images you've given us. Thanks for your patience :)
